What Makes an Effective Leader?
Write an essay that explains what makes an effective (or good) leader. Ideally this would be a five paragraph essay (including the introduction and conclusion). Remember, you are explaining what makes a person a good leader (what a good leader does) not talking about what you would do personally.

How being a good leader means affecting others. Being a good leader means taking a Big Responsibility, This means taking charge of being on time to a sports meeting or a teachers meeting. Or anything else that means being on time, When Being a leader People have to look up to you to do things that are impossible, And even though some try not to stuff up and are wanting to Lead they follow the right path. Following the right path is a good sign this can lead to how Good a
Leader can be.
PARA 2
Letting others know you can be that right Leader. Convincing others can be a great help actually, if they are in need for help than its okay to help them because isn't that what Leaders are for. A great leader can be so reliable of things that they take charge instead when others are trying to let them down they might listen to them. But for a bit they think and realise their trying there best to work so hard of just moving forward.
PARA 3
When can a person that is leading others be at times. People may be Uncomfortable when the other one is leading could or can be shy around them or their temper is just not right, Easily When there’s someone that is being the leader they are wanting to lead with respect and courage. They want to be that is kind,that can speak up for others and not just others but including himself as well.

SUMMARY/CONCLUSION
So being a Strong Independent Leader means all these things. And if you are that one person that wants to become a leader just go for it but just show the things that are responsible, People may not be relying on you. Not just from showing one another what it means but really doing it just helps it get much better.


There are other leaders out there too, the ones that look up to you are also leaders but they just don’t know it yet, Don’t work so hard to become of what you are wanting to be. Mostly some are working hard from right off to the edge of somewhere they are not wanting to be there

Something Misty was going threw the cold air. Someone had shouted "help help", I Frantically ran to see if  somebody was in trouble. A Crimson thing that I could see was coming closer to me, I didn't know what to do. Delicious Tomato  Ham Sandwich Recipe Description of the sandwich You would need healthy things to add to this recipe to have in an sandwich. Ingredients 2x slices of bread Two teaspoons of Margarine to cover whole bread 1x - 2x slices of ham 2 teaspoons of Mayo to put on your slice of bread 1x - 2x pieces of  Lettuce 2x slices of tomatoes 4x slices Cucumbers Instructions 1. First get the two slices of bread and begin to start buttering the slices of bread. 2. Next step put 2 teaspoons of mayo on top so you wouldn’t have to add the ham after and well is that it’s done and dusted. 3. Begin to add 1 or 2 pieces of ham to put on top . 4. Then once you’ve done that you can add 1 - 2 pieces of Lettuces. 5. Then you just cut 2 thin slices of tomatoes. 6. And the very last make sure to add 4 slices of cucumbers. So in this story it's All about Being in war. But this is not just any War it's the "Irish Civil War" Back in 1919-21 There was a war that fought Between The IRA and the British, But when the Anglo-Irish Treaty was signed some of the members from the IRA supported for this treaty, And only some of them Turned against them because they thought it wasn't enough freedom for them.
